Spirit of God / False Gods

John 4:1-4
1 BELOVED, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God. 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4 Ye are God, little children and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 

What this is saying be careful who you trust on this earth, Don’t just listen to everyone who speaks make sure they are speaking the TRUE word of God. Many prophets (a person regarded as an inspired teacher or proclaimer of the will of God)  some will speak the TRUE word of God and some will only try to deceive and trick you! Every Spirit who confesses and believes in their heart that Jesus Christ was man and flesh of God will be children of God for eternity.

Then if we continue to read in John 5-9
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God and every one that loveth is born of God and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 In this was manifested the love of God towards us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

Japan: Here is a breakdown of what Religion Japan believes in “Shintoism 79.2%, Buddhism 66.8%, Christianity 1.5%, other 7.1%” Japan needs lots of prayers for their religious beliefs.
We all want to feel accepted, have something to believe in, live a happy and full life, but we have to understand why there is only one God and only one son of God Jesus Christ.
1. With Shintoism they have about 800,000 gods. This is a problem because if you practice Shintoism there is a god for everything the sun, trees, rain etc.
2. Now Buddhism “in the Buddhist tradition, there are no gods. Buddhism is specifically a non-theistic religion. That’s the way Buddha wanted it. He created this religion in opposition to Hinduism, the religion of his upbringing. He was against the caste system and the numerous gods each family was known for worshiping or paying homage to.” This was clearly 
3. Christianity is a religion that has One God and only one son of God, Jesus Christ. He is the true Messiah and the only way to receive salvation and get to God in Heaven.

PLEASE PLEASE watch this video it will tell you a lot on why the Japanese people have such a low percentage of Christianity beliefs.
